Despite objections from residents, the Cherry Hill zoning board granted approval late Thursday night for a use variance that permits a car dealer to demolish two houses in a residential zone and replace them with a parking lot. The vacant houses on Park Boulevard, situated between South Delaware and South Cornell avenues, are slated to make way for a 122-car lot to accommodate new and used inventory for Audi Cherry Hill, as outlined in the application from M.B.J. Associates LLC, a business entity managing multiple dealerships in the Cherry Hill area.
