A state Superior Court judge in Camden ruled Wednesday against Cherry Hill Township’s decision to revoke zoning permits for Cherry Hill Dodge, allowing the dealership to demolish two homes and expand its parking lot off Route 70.
In a high-profile dispute between the business and the Township, Judge Michael J. Kassel granted summary judgment in favor of Lenny Realty LLC and Foulke Management Corp., owners of the dealership.
The dealership, adjacent to the Locustwood neighborhood, has faced long-standing complaints from residents about noise, delivery-related traffic, and other issues. Kassel stayed his decision for 60 days.
